Not exactly. It is a hotel style suite inside a home. As one excited customer put it - "This is the future of hotels!"

How many suites do you have?

We currently have just one but plans are underway to expand and have many more throughout the greater Lakewood NJ area.

So it's one room?

There is a room with the beds and lounging area, a separate kitchenette, and a bathroom.

Is it availabe on a nightly basis?

Yes.

Is the $350 a flat rate or are there additional taxes and fees?

$350 includes taxes and fees.

Where is the deluxe breakafast from? Do you make it yourselves?

We have partnered with The Green Bowl, an upscale brunch eatery in Lakewood who deliver the breakfast fresh and hot to the door.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 5:30 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Do you offer a concierge service?

Yes. For stays of three days or longer, we provide a concierge service which changes the linen and cleans the suite.

Is there any outdoor area connected to this suite?

Yes. There is an approximately 400 square foot private yard adjacent to the suite with plans to construct a beautiful patio featuring a fire pit, water feature, and nice sitting area.
